The Challenges / Opportunities
The client struggled to fill a Rollout Endpoint Engineer position that had been vacant for over 3 months. The position was a blend of two different technologies and it was rare for candidates to have experience in both technologies. The qualified individual needed to have Rollout experience i.e. to oversee the successful deployment of hardware and software upgrades.
