The Client:

The Client is an 8(a) certified, minority-owned construction and facilities support services company, providing services to city, county, state, and federal governments. They focus on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to meet diverse community needs.

The Problem/Opportunity:

The Client needed to fill a Cost Estimator position for one of their projects, but faced several challenges:

  • The role required niche skills in Janitorial and Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
  • Multiple responsibilities were combined into a single role
  • The offered salary was low and non-negotiable
