The Client: 

The Client is a global provider of lawful intelligence and analytics solutions, supporting law enforcement, intelligence, and national security organizations worldwide. With decades of experience, they specialize in integrating diverse data source, including telephony, IP data, open-source intelligence, and financial transactions into real-time, AI-enabled analytics platforms. Their solutions are designed to enhance situational awareness and operational efficiency in mission-critical environments. Operating across six continents, their team brings deep technical expertise and a strong commitment to supporting public safety and national security efforts through advanced, reliable technologies. 

The Problem/Opportunity:

The client needed to hire two Software Engineering Interns but faced several logistical and communication challenges during the process. 

  • One of the primary requirements was conducting in-person interviews for the second round due to specific security concerns. 
  • Coordinating with student candidates proved difficult, as many were in class and unavailable to respond promptly. 
  • The client expected full support throughout the process—from interviews to onboarding and compliance checks.  

Our Solution:

The iQuasar team promptly began coordinating the interview process, scheduling and facilitating each round with the shortlisted candidates. We ensured that the client’s request for in-person interviews in the second round was met, despite the added challenge of aligning schedules with candidates who were often unavailable due to academic commitments. Our team remained persistent, using multiple channels to stay in touch with candidates, and ensured client requests were handled with priority. We also facilitated background checks, ensuring compliance with the client’s standards. Ultimately, two qualified interns were successfully hired. iQuasar managed the entire process from initial interviews to onboarding and post-onboarding support.
